Mary J. Blige’s new album “Growing Pains” is officially in stores and online today.
In addition to the album release, SIRIUS Satellite Radio and Mary J. Blige will celebrate the release of her new album Growing Pains (Geffen) with a special pre-Christmas live performance just for fans at the SIRIUS’ Rockefeller Center studios in New York City. “Mary Xmas” and “Mary New Year” will reportedly air live on Hot Jamz channel 50, December 21st at 6 pm ET. Branded as the shadow of Beyonce, Solange Knowles has been paving her on way. Recently Solange Knowles signed with Geffen Records and is currently working on her second album which will be released sometime in 2008. On this album the singer/actress says that she is writing more than 80 percent of the songs. Destiny’s Child, Kelly Rowland will be on NBC’s new reality show Clash of the Choirs starting December 17, 2007 ending on the 20th. The singer/actress is also scheduled to re-release Ms. Kelly in early 2008.

Looks like Rick Ross’ expected sophomore album, “Trilla,” has been pushed from it’s release date of December 18th to February 19th.
