Founder of the 90′s Hip-Hop group 2 Live Crew, “Uncle Luke Skywalker,” as we all know him, may soon be taking up the title of “Mayor Luther Campbell” of Dade County.

Residents of Dade County, FL. successfully voted former Mayor Carlos Mayor Alvarez out of office with 88% of the vote in their favor. The March 15th recall of the mayor is the first in the history of Dade County.

So who’s in the running to take Alvarez place? Well County Commissioner Carlos Gimenez, former state legislator Marcelo Llorente, current Hialeah Mayor Julio Robaina and yes, 2 Live Crew founder Uncle Luke. That’s right, Luther ‘Uncle Luke’ Campbell will be running for Mayor of Dade County.

Former Death Row Records founder Suge Knight got into a fight at a Vegas hotel On Saturday (March 12). This is the third alleged brawl in the past 3 years.

Suge Knight just can’t keep himself out of trouble. This past Saturday, March 12th, the former record executive found himself in yet another physical altercation at the Las Vegas Aria Hotel. Reportedly, Knight began throwing punches after a man approached him with the words “I can take you.”

As an Idol backstory for American Idol contestant/finalist Stefano Langone, viewers were enlightened on an almost fatal car accident involving Langone and a drunk driver. Langone was nearly killed when his vehicle was struck by a drunk driver in 2009.

Idol fans were in awe as Langone recounted his story.

Langone claims his life took a 180-degree turn on May 28, 2009 when an accident changed his life, unfortunately for the worst.

Young Money recording artist Drake evades being arrested after using foul language during a music concert performance in Jamaica.

Drake, who was just stopping through to do a surprise performance with reggae artist Mavado, was almost arrested at Brit Jam 2011 in Montego Bay, Jamaica last week.

The rapper’s set was cut short after his bodyguards whisked him off stage to avoid getting arrested for his foul mouth. Police officer’s warned Drake of the no profanity law but the rapper failed to heed the officer’s advice.

Notorious G-Funk rapper Nate Dogg passed away last night (March 15) at the age of 41 years old in Long Beach California as covered on HipHopRX.com.

Rod Mcgrew, Nate’s manager and close friend tells TMZ that the family believes the rapper’s death was caused by complications from strokes he has suffered over the past few years.

He also says that Nate was 95% recovered from the first stroke in 2007 when he had the second one in 2008, leaving him partially paralyzed and causing partial memory loss.

New nude photos of Vanessa Hudgens have been leaked, as reported on HipHopRX.com and also pictures of her kissing friend Alexa Nikolas (pictured above).

This isn’t the first time that nude pictures of ‘Sucker Punch’ actress Vanessa Hudgens (22) have been leaked. Similar pictures of Vanessa’s full frontal also surfaced in 2007 and 2009.

Vanessa’s attorney, Christopher Wong, tells UsMagazine.com, that Vanessa is “deeply upset and angered” over the “old photos” and they are shocked that they continue to surface.

Legendary rapper, Nate Dogg, has passed away but the rapper’s death, even though speculated first then announced as revolving around health issues is still somewhat questionable.

Rapper Nate Dogg, born Nathaniel Hail, has been dealing with health problems for a while now. He has suffered two strokes in the last few years and had just recently started to recover from them, as reported on HipHopRX.com.

The iconic rapper passed away yesterday March 15. The cause of death is questionable, but friends, family and reps revealed that it was complications with his past strokes, though no further details have been provided.
