The Super Bowl XVLII booked Beyonce to perform at the Halftime Show, yet what fans didn’t know was a reunion of the girl group Destiny’s Child. Michelle Williams was denying every fact about the reunion, but there was already too much evidence, especially when they released an album of old material on the preceding Tuesday.

When the group got together on stage there wasn’t really any shock for the reunion, rather the brevity of the group. Beyonce performed her hit singles “Crazy in Love,” “End of Time,” “Love On Top,” and “Baby Boy.”
Michelle Williams and Kelly Rowland then performed through “Independent Woman,” “Bootylicious” and then sang “Single Ladies” with the pop diva. This performance marked the group’s first live show since 2006 when they performed at the NBA All-Star game.

Fans are hoping to see more of the trio, but will this reunion continue or will the artists continue on their solo careers? Beyonce is currently working on her new album and has been teasing fans about a new world tour called “The Mrs. Carter Show.”
