As reported on HipHopRX.com, Heidi Montag spent almost $2 Million on preparing for her album and even went under the knife to enhance her image. She was so excited and confident about the release of ‘Superficial’ that she compared it to Michael Jackson’s Thriller album and hoped to compete with the likes of Britney Spears. But this album apparently only sold 658 copies in it’s first week and 6,000 downloads digitally, according to reports. How do you comeback from that? Maybe if she hadn’t have boasted and bragged to the media it wouldn’t be so bad or maybe not.

Rapper Ja Rule who was in court on yesterday (Jan. 20) for a 2007 gun possession case unfortunately didn’t get it dropped. The hip hop artist was denied a motion by New York Supreme Court Justice Richard Carruthers after claiming that the loaded handgun found in his Maybach after a concert in New York at the Manhattan’s Beacon Theatre, as reported on HipHopRX.com, was searched without cause.

Atlanta rapper Waka Flocka Flame was in what is believed to have been an attempted robbery on Tuesday, January 19th. The rapper who is linked to Gucci Mane’s ‘So Icey Entertainment’ was shot at multiple times at a local car wash/gas station over jewelry.
