Former No Limit Soldier rapper, Mr. Serv-On, has written a book called “Inside the Mind of Brothas: A Young Black Man’s Guide for Black Women Trying to Survive the Dating Game in Today’s Hip-Hop Generation”. The rapper reportedly stated he decided to write the book after he overheard a table full of beautiful black women bashing black men while sitting at a restaurant who then asked for his opinions.

“Seventy percent of the time, Black Women’s hearts get broken because of their own blind misjudgment and greediness for a man based on outside attributes. With this book, I hope to teach women about today’s Black men in the Hip-Hop community, so that the playing fields are equal and every black woman will end up with the right guy.”

A Manhattan judge on Thursday (January 31) set a tentative date of February 25 for the start of Bronx rapper Remy Ma’s impending trial. Remy Ma stands accused of shooting her friend Makeda Barnes-Joseph on July 14 during an argument over missing money.

Previously the rapper was charged with attempted murder, but prosecutors reduced the charge when they allegedly discovered that the weapon fired accidentally. Soon after, the rapper was indicted on a witness tampering charge. The rapper is accused of ordering a group of men to assault the boyfriend of a potential witness. (more…)

After reading Kia Shine’s statement which was released a few days ago, it seems that all the rapper wanted was to be spoken to first before Wendy Day came up with her own analysis.

Wendy Day made statements about me having poor first week sales and went on to say that this is why I was dropped from Universal/Motown and that I was making Memphis artists look bad because of this, and that I wasn’t making any money for myself or my label. She also went on to say that my CD had no substance as well.
