A funeral service date has set in place for hip hop icon Nate Dogg, real name Nathaniel Dwayne Hale, who recently passed away on last week (March 15) of stroke complications at the age of 41, as reported on www.HipHopRX.com.

The rapper’s funeral service will reportedly take place on Saturday in his native home of Long Beach, California, according to Press Telegram.

According to Nate Dogg’s sister, Pamela Hale-Burns, also a reporter for Press Telegram, the Saturday service occur at 10 a.m. and will be open to the public, while a viewing for Nate Dogg will take place Friday, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., at New Hope Baptist Church, 1160 New York St., also in Long Beach.

Notorious G-Funk rapper Nate Dogg passed away last night (March 15) at the age of 41 years old in Long Beach California as covered on www.HipHopRX.com.

Rod Mcgrew, Nate’s manager and close friend tells TMZ that the family believes the rapper’s death was caused by complications from strokes he has suffered over the past few years.

He also says that Nate was 95% recovered from the first stroke in 2007 when he had the second one in 2008, leaving him partially paralyzed and causing partial memory loss.

Legendary rapper, Nate Dogg, has passed away but the rapper’s death, even though speculated first then announced as revolving around health issues is still somewhat questionable.

Rapper Nate Dogg, born Nathaniel Hail, has been dealing with health problems for a while now. He has suffered two strokes in the last few years and had just recently started to recover from them, as reported on www.HipHopRX.com.

The iconic rapper passed away yesterday March 15. The cause of death is questionable, but friends, family and reps revealed that it was complications with his past strokes, though no further details have been provided.

Rapper Nate Dogg, real name, Nathaniel Dwayne Hale, has reportedly died. The rapper, who was best known for his association with rapper Snoop Dogg and Tha Dogg Pound reportedly is dead of unknown reasons at this time but it is suspected that the rapper may have passed of reasons due to his recent health issues.

Born in Long Beach, California, rapper Nate Dogg produced the hit single “Regulate” with running mate Warren G in 1994 and has been featured on many of Tupac releases as well.
