Bret Michaels Suffering of Slurred Speech; Fans Support on Twitter, Facebook

Poison band member and reality star Bret Michaels suffers from slurred vision and his fans are praying for his speedy recovery after doctors discovered he had a brain hemorrhage.

After being rushed to the hospital on Thursday (April 22) because of a “bad headache,” it was discovered that Bret Michaels had a brain hemorrhage. Reports are saying that the ‘Poison’ frontman is in the intensive care unit and is doing OK but is suffering from slurred speech, blurry vision and dizziness.

A source told People that Breat Michaels is being kept in ICU and that a number of CAT scans, MRIs and an angiogram were done. Several more tests are expected to be done to find out what actually caused the hemorrhage.

“It will be touch and go for the next few days while he is under intense observation,” the source stated.

Meanwhile, Bret Michaels’ fans have poured onto his website BretMichaels.com to support the singer as well as on Twitter and Facebook.

“Once again we can’t thank everyone enough for all the well wishes and prayers being sent Bret’s way! As of now Bret remains in ICU under 24 hour surveillance. Further testing this week will help locate the source of the bleeding…,” says a member of Bret Michaels staff on his Facebook.
