Kanye West’s Lawyer Has Stated That The ‘Skin Flick’ Was Stolen From The Rapper’s Computer

The law firm that is representing Kanye West has already issued a takedown notice regarding Kanye West’s sex tape and are taking it to court.

Kanye West’s fans and the media press have been buzzing when recent news appeared that a sex tape involving the Chicago emcee, Kanye West, was being sold to a number of media outlets online.

In a recent interview with AllHipHop.com regarding this matter, Kanye West’s lawyer explained that the tape was stolen from his laptop and was getting issued online for the wrong purposes. They believe that someone hacked into his computer and downloaded the video illegally for their purpose to make money or shame the emcee.

Kanye West’s lawyer, Lisa M. Buckley stated, “Be advised that the Screen Shot, as well as the Tape from which the Screen Shot was taken, were illegally obtained and believed to have been stolen from Mr. West’s computer.”

In the notice Mrs. Buckley also stated, “You’re posting, advertising, marketing, displaying and otherwise disseminating the stolen Screen Shot and/or other materials on the Tape constitute actionable violations of Mr. West’s rights of privacy and publicity.”

“We hereby demand that you: (1) immediately cease and desist from posting, advertising, marketing, displaying and disseminating the illegally obtained Screen Shot of Mr. West,” as she demanded in the notice.
