Beyoncé Publishes Letter To Mom

 

Beyoncé Knowles recently thanked her mother Tina for ‘all the sacrifices’ she made while Beyonce was younger.

The singer published a handwritten note on her website in which she detailed how her mom has helped her to grow as a person.

Beyonce took it a step further by explaining that giving birth to her own daughter Blue Ivy earlier this year has made her realize what a great role model Tina is.

“Everything I am is because of you,” Beyoncé wrote in the letter.

“You are the first voice that ever sang to me. At every turn you push me to be better. You teach me to be true to myself and the ones I love.”

Titled ‘Dear Mama’, Beyoncé’s note described how grateful she is for everything her mother did for her family. The Love on Top singer finished the open Mother’s Day letter by telling her mom how much she loves her.

‘When I look into your eyes, I am sooo proud,’ the letter read.

‘Now that I’m a mother, I truly realize all the sacrifices you made for us. My love for you goes beyond what I can say. Happy Happy Mamas Day. Love, Beyoncé.’

Gwen Stefani, Mariah Carey and Katy Perry all took to social networking site Twitter to say a special thank you to the most important woman in their lives.
