Just as Wiz Khalifa released his new single ‘Work Hard, Play Hard’, he ran into some bad luck as he has been arrested for marijuana possession.
According to TMZ, Wiz Khalifa was arrested at a hotel in Nashville after another guest reported smelling pot smoke, and police found him holding 3.7 grams of marijuana.
He was then slapped with a small citation. So odds are he will still be able to continue with his forthcoming ‘Under The Influence Of Music’ tour which kicks off on July 26.
This is all to celebrate the follow-up to his gold-selling album Rolling Papers, which is titled O.N.I.F.C. (which we are assured is not a weed reference).
Khalifa is currently on top of the iTunes charts with his guest spot on Maroon 5′s ‘Payphone’.
