Rihanna’s provocative persona is making quite a stir these days from the tabloids but most recently from well known Islam leader, Minister Louis Farrakhan. During his annual Savior’s Day speech held in Illinois, Farrakhan let his opinions of the Barbadian singer be known.
Farrakhan dubbed the singer as “filthy” suffering to her as “swine.” Rihanna did not just sit idly by and let the comments go in one ear and out the other, she responded via her Twitter account.
Pop star Rihanna stated, “A minister [Louis Farrakhan] says I perform filthy, sat+watched the filth, then called u SWINE for doin the same! Haa, is that judgment in ur tone?”
Though Rihanna’s new song “S & M” has caused a lot of controversy and the video has been filtered on YouTube and banned in many countries, this does not phase the singer who says that she wants to be provocative.
So it looks like Rihanna has gotten what she aimed for and many people are noticing it.
