Waka Flocka Out Of Jail; Surrendered To Police On Gun, Drug Charges (Mugshot)

Rapper Waka Flocka Flame was released from jail on Jan. 5 after posting a 40,000 dollar bond.

Hip hop artist Waka Flocka Flame was incarcerated on Jan. 3 following a raid on his home where guns and drug were found on the premises, as reported on www.HipHopRX.com.

Though Waka was not present at the time of the raid, he was still charged with possession of marijuana, hydrocodone, and the possession of a firearm by a felon. Waka Flocka also faces charges of violating the anti-gang laws in the state of Georgia.

Waka Flocka Flame, real name Jaquin Malphurs, posted a 40,00 dollar bond and was set free. His mother believes that the whole thing was blown out of proportion and that police shouldn’t have charged him with the guns when the security guard with the gun had a license to carry.

Waka’s outraged mother, Debra Antney, Nicki Minaj’s former manager, claims that there were two officers there that let them know.
