Nashville, TN bred and award-winning actress Reese Witherspoon, 34, is stated to be engaged to marry Hollywood talent agent Jim Toth, 40 according to reports.
According to US Magazine, a rep exclusively confirmed that the two are indeed engaged.
Reese Witherspoon, most known for her roles in Legally Blonde, Sweet Home Alabama and Walk the Line, began dating Jim Toth earlier this year.
Jim Toth works for Creative Artists Agency — the company that represents Reese Witherspoon.
The hook-up of Reese Witherspoon and Jim Toth came following her breakup with Jake Gyllenhaal, who is now linked to another southern belle, Nashville country music star and songwriter Taylor Swift.
This will be Reese Witherspoon’s second marriage.
Witherspoon married actor Ryan Phillippe in 1999 and had two children Ava, 11, and Deacon, 7.
The two — Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe — separated in 2006 and later divorced in 2007.
