Miley Cyrus Reps Tried To Cover Up Smoking Salvia Bong Tape; Gave Out Laptops?!

After the Miley Cyrus bong video footage hit the Internet, it seems that there is more behind the story prior to it getting to mainstream media.

According to celebrity gossip site TMZ, Miley Cyrus’ reps attempted to cover it up but failed horribly at doing so. The problem with what they allegedly did is that they exchanged laptops with one of the holders who contacted them about the video and gave them brand new MacBook Pros. Another video holder also is stated to have received the same thing.

Why is there a problem? Common sense says that they could have already sent it to someone else or have created another copy on hand just in case they’re not given what they want. This is the digital age where people copy, save and store away.

However, still a source told the site that a man in his forties came to a college campus somewhere in San Luis Obispo and this is when the exchange took place. Allegedly there was no monetary exchange made.

Miley Cyrus has been the talk of the internet since the footage leaked, as reported on HipHopRx.com, and her father country music star Billy Ray Cyrus seems to be in dismay over the entire incident. Who can blame Miley Cyrus? It’s kind of hard still trying to break out of the shell of Hannah Montana when you want the world to see you as grown. If Miley Cyrus had her lid on tight, she’d mature maybe like Raven-Symoné or Hillary Duff. You could live under Disney’s roof for a nice time until your old audience starts to fade off as you rebuild a new audience.

Now, we wonder could it have been one of the parents who sent someone to try to retrieve the potential video leak? Hmmm.
