Grace Jones, who has been singing and dancing all while wearing eye-catching like wtf-is-she-wearing garb for 4 decades, has lashed out at Lady Gaga for stealing her style.
Grace sat down with a London newspaper to express her thoughts on Lady Gaga’s choice of wardrobes.
Jones says that GaGa stole her style.
Grace Jones, who is now in her sixties, told the newspaper that GaGa approached her sometime back about wanting to collaborate with her on a song, but Jones quickly denied the request saying that GaGa is an annoying copycat.
“I’d just prefer to work with someone who is more original and someone who is not copying me, actually,” says Jones.
Jones says that GaGa has worn some of the same wardrobes as herself.
“Well, you know, I’ve seen some things she’s worn that I’ve worn, and that does kind of piss me off,” Jones told The Guardian. “I wouldn’t go to see her,” Jones added.
