Real Housewives of Atlanta NeNe Leakes Walks Out On FOX Affiliate Show ‘Good Day New York’

NeNe Leakes of ‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta’ and author of the book, ‘Never Make the Same Mistake Twice,’ walked off the set of ‘Good Day New York’ after learning that the show was a FOX affiliate.

‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta’ star, NeNe Leakes, was prepared to hit the set on ‘Good Day New York’ to talk about her new book, “Never Make the Same Mistake Twice,” but something went wrong.

NeNe tweeted that she was doing book signings in various places like on ‘Good Day New York.’

“Still grinding in rainy NYC! Book signing in Harlem today! Hue-man bookstore at 6 p.m.! Show some love New York,” NeNe says via her Twitter account.

NeNe never made it onto the set of the show. Just minutes before she was to go on air, she learned that the show is an affiliate to FOX. Sources say she told producers of the show that she hated the network and wasn’t doing an interview for them.

Fox Atlanta reports, “that (her walking out) didn’t paint NeNe and her husband in a very positive light.”

Just a week earlier, NeNe’s son was arrested for minor possession of marijuana.
