Mike Tyson Not Charged In Scuffle With Papparazi Over Wife and Baby Daughter

Mike Tyson will be enjoying 2010 after the charge against him from a scuffle with a photographer was not pursued by Los Angeles prosecutors due to insufficient evidence.

Mike Tyson claimed that, in November at the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), photographer Tony Echeverria attempted to provoke him by striking him, while the photographer accused Tyson of punching him in the face.

As reported on HipHopRX.com, Tyson’s defense was that he was protecting his baby daughter and wife. The two were both arrested after making citizen arrests on each other.

According to USA Today, the chief deputy of the Maricopa County Adult Probation Department Zach Dal Pra, stated that on Thursday his office would have to show evidence of a newer crime to revoke Mike Tyson’s probation.

Meanwhile, the attorney’s office is stating that they are currently watching the case to determine if he should be sent to jail for violating probation for a drug case which occurred in 2007.
