NFL Reciever Chris Henry Dies From Head Injuries After Domestic Dispute?!
NFL star Chris Henry was pronounced dead at 6:36 a.m. early Thursday after he was thrown from the back of a pick-up truck during an alleged dispute with his fiance’.
Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Chris Henry, 26, has died from injuries relating to an alleged domestic dispute with his fiance’ Loleini Tonga.
On Wednesday December 16th Chris Henry and fiance’ Loleini Tonga were allegedly arguing at a house in Charlotte, N.C. and as she went to drive away, Henry jumped in the back of the pick-up truck.
Apparently Tonga was driving recklessly causing Henry to be thrown from the pick-up truck resulting in wounds that he later died from. Henry was found lying on the street about a half mile from the home, police said on Wednesday.
When police and paramedics responded to the scene, police said Henry had suffered life-threatening injuries, including severe head trauma so he was taken to the Carolinas Medical Center where he died just hours after the event.
Chris Henry leaves behind three children: 3-year-old Seini, 2-year old Chris Jr. and 10-month old DeMarcus.
No charges have been filed against Tonga but the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police are investigating the matter.
