The latest in hip hop rumors has rapper Gucci Mane, real name Radric Davis, 29, in the rehab after reportedly getting ‘busted’ with drugs showing in his system during a random drug test. The ‘So Icey’ rap artist based out of Atlanta, Georgia is infamous for his street mixtapes and is most known recently for his appearance on the remix of Mariah Carey’s new song “Obsessed,” in which the singer seemingly targets rap artist Eminem.

The rumor has it that Gucci Mane’s lawyers were working hard to keep Gucci Mane out of jail after he was quote ‘busted’ with drugs in his system after the supposed drug test, which violated Gucci Mane’s probation.

Possibly, if any truth to it, Gucci Mane’s time in rehab, which sources say may be a few weeks, is the deal that his lawyers may have worked out for Gucci Mane to keep him free from jail.

As of yet, there has been no official statements from Gucci Mane or his reps regarding the rumors.
