Grammy Award winning Cleveland based rap group Bone Thugs N Harmony has reunited and performed live on stage for the first time on December 1st, 2008 at Club Nokia in Los Angeles, CA to a sold out event. Reunion of Bone Thugs N Harmony comes only months after the release of Flesh-n-Bone who was locked up for almost a decade on charges of assault with a deadly weapon and probation violation.

The group which consists of Layzie Bone, Krayzie Bone, Bizzy Bone, Flesh-n-Bone, and Wish Bone performed songs from their albums which has released throughout the years including unreleased music that has never been heard.

On the group’s MySpace page, a press release posted as a bulletin announced the official release date of their new album project – Uni 5 which states that the album will be released on June 30, 2009 under the new BONE Label named Bone Thugs-N-Harmony Worldwide.

The Uni 5 project has been a movement started by the group after Flesh N Bone, one of the original members, was released from prison on July 13th, 2008 and has reunited with Krayzie, Layzie, Wish, and Bizzy Bone.

According to sources, the new album won’t just be any album, it will include a full package including footage from the reality TV show which is currently in production named “Living in Harmony.”

The group states, “Bone Thugs-N-Harmony coming together for the “Uni 5″ album is a monumental movement for hip hop and family life in general. It shows that any obstacle can be overcome, and unity, love, and harmony are the best remedies; hence, the “Uni 5.” The Bone legacy is here to stay!”
