Pretty Ricky’s New Member Requirement?

The group was made up of four brothers Diamond Blue “Baby Blue” Smith, Spectacular Blue Smith, Tavion La’Corey “Slick’Em” Mathis and Marcus Ramone “Pleasure” Cooper, but now that Pleasure is doing his solo thing, there’s an opening. The group is currently looking for a guy who’s a…. “Woman Magnet” and is a singer so that he can keep the music consistent.

“Pleasure, you know, he’s not in the group anymore,” Baby Blue told MTV News. “But he wants to do a solo album, and he’s still signed to our label [Atlantic Records/Bluestar Entertainment]. So we just negotiating and trying to figure out which directions we want to go in, whether we want to do the solo album or not.

“There wasn’t any creative difference,” he added. “Because we’re a family. Growing up, you get older and want to see what else is out there. It doesn’t mean you’re leaving your family; it’s just exploring other opportunities. We gonna be there and support him 110 percent.”

Baby Blue, Spectacular and Slick ‘Em are stated to be searching the web for a fourth member and will possibly be searching for a replacement via a reality TV series if time doesn’t allow for a fourth member anytime soon. In the meantime, Pretty Ricky are in hopes of having an album to the label (Atlantic) sometime in February.
