Mannie Fresh’s Sister Murdered In Her Home

According to reports, 42-year-old Angela Bryant sister of producer/rapper Mannie Fresh (formerly Cash Money) and a mother of two young children was shot and killed late Wednesday night in her Algiers home while her kids were there.

Bryant who’s only been married since October according to WWLTV news, husband had been out-of-town in Atlanta at the time she was murdered. Her husband arrived shortly before noon and appeared to have been upset.

Relatives state that she had gone out to dinner with family to celebrate her birthday on Wednesday.

“We’re still working on a motive and we have some limited information at this time,” said Police Chief Warren Riley.

Authorities state there was no sign of forced entry, but it appears that her 1998 Black Lexus LS 400 with the license plate PTF 205 was missing from the home and currently the police are searching for the vehicle.
