Rapper Foxy Brown born Inga Marchand, 27, was charged with felony assault for allegedly attacking her 25 year-old Brooklyn, N.Y. neighbor on July 31. The rapper allegedly struck her neighbor with a Blackberry (mobile phone).
The rapper turned herself in to authorities on Tuesday after the unnamed victim filed a police complaint against her.
The victim was taken to Brooklyn Hospital, where doctors treated her for a swollen right eye and lip.
