Pittsburgh Has Declared December 12 “Wiz Khalifa Day”

Wiz Khalifa became the ambassador of his hometown Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He appeared at the City Council chambers in the morning with his family to accept the proclamation for being an ambassador for his hometown.

He was honored to be the ambassador of his hometown, since in every interview he has been in he has always been talking about Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He represents his city in a good way and you could say he is like a fan to his city that always shows the support they can show to others.

The council declared December 12, 2012 to be “Wiz Khalifa Day.” Wiz Khalifa had a performance at the Consol Energy Center the next day to thank his hometown and his family stated, “he has always bragged about being from Pittsburgh and that he doesn’t feel as though he’s accomplished much yet.” The concert he had for for the city so they can celebrate Wiz Khalifa being an ambassador and to celebrate the rapper being back in his hometown to show the support he has always soon over the past months.

Wiz Khalifa has recently released his sophomore album, “O.N.I.F.C.” which features 2 Chainz, Juicy J, Cam’Ron and more.
