Miley is 18 years old doing what other 18 year olds do. I'm not saying it's "right" but there are plenty of people her age who tamper with drugs/alcohol looking to have a good time. She's at the age where she wants to party. I know she's in the spotlight so she should have been a little more careful and not let somebody record her while she did it, but I think it's a little ridiculous to be saying "the cat's out of the bag" and that she's "coping with her mom cheating on her dad."
