Everybody knows Pac was out of his mind in a lot of ways... That said, any quality Pac song has more heart and powerful poetry in it than almost any other emcee in the history of hip-hop. Since Pac died, people took hip-hop in a new direction with underground more socially conscious hip-hop drawing in a lot of the more talented minds. Tupac was just one man, but what he talked about and put on wax was larger than one man and represented millions of people and represented the struggle.
