Observe a nightly curfew with electronic monitoring starting at 11:00. (1:00 if he is out performing.) 2. Do not possess, store, or use any firearms or guns. 3. Perform 500 hours of community service. (These labor hours will be flexible enough to give him time to focus on his music career.) 4. Allow the probation officer to visit the home unannounced. 5. Pay all fines to the court as directed. 6. Notify the judge if any violations occur. Any violations will result in getting sent back to jail.
