First of all according to the book of Acts 2 in the Bible the church that accepts the Bible literally,when you give an offering or a tithe it must be used to pay for the significant needs of the congregation,such as school,housing,businesses.Any church that cant do this is fake.As for the sex scandal,no young men will accuse someone unless they have something on him,otherwise the Bishop wouldn’t have ran to lawyers,he was somewhere doing something with them,but can’t talk about it.And his wife needs to step up in the bedroom,just like catholic priests need to marry,sex is messin em up cos they arent schooled in how to use it.

it ia amazrisioning on how people judge someone,my mom said if you saw or heaqrd then you have proof,my concern is how can men who broke in church,probably facing prison,be his lover,if they were getting all that money and luxury why would they need to break in,when they would have access to it? looks like a hoist or distraction away from their own criminal activity,? what is plan split money.and the church haters are many,until they get in trouble,etc.give mercy and if you are on plattrer it will come back,we will all answer to God for our words and judgement on what we say about a preacher.That is Gods job not ours,real cool people,honest people,healed people love and forgive.

It really hurts my heart when I hear of these occurrences in the Body of Christ (THE CHURCH)… However, through personal experience I have learned not to JUDGE any one. When there is injustice or offense and I allow God to be the JUDGE He will judge the WHOLE situation RIGHTLY! If I choose to do the judging, then, God steps back and allows it to play out in my life. Therefore, do not judge, least you be judged with the same measure that you have judged… It doesn’t matter who you are, if you engage in this spiritual principle it will work just as it is designed to work. However, if you submit yourself under God’s judgment in any given situation and allow Him to be your vindicator, He will always judge it with everyone’s best interest at heart. God is a God of LOVE. A God who does not change for any of us. He has already done everything He is ever going to do for mankind… He has done this by sending us Jesus… Jesus took our iniquities and buried our dis-eases so that each of us could have a chance to truly Love the Father as He created us to do and to love our neighbor as ourselves (Do you love yourself? How much?). Release one another from all that brings division and dissension and Love one another…It is the LOVE of God that brings man to repentance…It is the LOVE of God that is patient and kind and it is the LOVE of God that does not rejoice when another sins…It is the LOVE of God that covers a multitude of sin…If we don’t walk in the true LOVE of God then, we are clanging symbols and noisy gongs and might as well lay down and die cause there is no hope for any of us… Nevertheless, I do believe that God is GREATER than anything each and every one of us could ever go through, be it as a result of blatant sin or by unfounded accusation(s). As far as I am concerned, God is still on His throne and is still in complete control and because LOVE is His very nature He will see us, His Bride (THE CHURCH) through it ALL for His glory alone!!!

i do believe the allegations that are being said, i mean there are under cover brothers in the BLACK churches and they are mainly the pastors or deacons….. do ur research. i mean it sad to see a man of GOD using script. to make it seem ok. im glad those boys came forth, that will open up the door for the rest of the boys and girls whom it has happend to.

Eddie Long is guilty I am throwing the book at him. The fact that he is aware of his status he should have been more careful about what he did and how he did that was automatic the minute his church became a multi million dollar corporation. Even if the boys are after money from the Bishop had the Bishop not expose them to a lifestyle that he knew those boys could not keep up then he caused this problem on his own self. I am having ahard time wrapping my head around the extravagant trips, putting the boys on the church payroll instead of teaching them how to fish so they can fish for themselves he fished for them keeping them relying on him.

All the memebers who do not have a personal relationship with God but idolize the Bishop will be lost he is a MAN he bleeds just like us, put his pants on one leg at a timelike us while God will never fall or falter the BISHOP WILL!!! Seek he first the kingdom of the lord this world is not your home the Bishop will Die like the rest of us humans and will have to answer for his actions to God. People please the DEVIL is real and the BISHOP is working for him.

First and farmost, I am not being judgemental; however I am angry. It is so important that as black people we stop slapping our ministers and leaders on the hands for wrong doings. If he is a predator, he should be dealt with in the same manner as all sexual predators. If he’s a DL Brotha his ass need to be tarred and feathered. Due of black men hiding behind their masculinity and sleeping with other men–they are killing our sisters. This in itself should be brought to the light. There’s no way he would not have been found out as the Devil he really is, if indeed he is gay. Thanks guys for coming out..your sacrifice of your manhood may save a life!

Why did they wait so long to come out, thats my question? Where was the parents or mothers of these boys? Why is there a law suits now since one of them broke in for breaking in the church? There are some question to be asked, It doesn’t make any sense how things from one being arrested to a law suit to come behind. This what kills me about OUR BLACK YOUTH the bling bling blind them and they want it fast, the parents should have seen this and denied it, but most people who love the Bling and not the education will fall down once that cord has been broken. I don’t agree with the Pastor or agree with the 4 young men, its just how you can buy the youth with things they could never buy or family can give. This is a lesson we should all take and learn from, just because someone buys you things it means they care for you. There is something behind that gift!
