No charges have been filed against rapper Bow Wow after he reportedly tweeted that he was leaving the club intoxicated and behind the wheel of his Lambo.

Bow Wow partied into the New Year at Miami’s Liv Nightclub with the likes of Chris Brown and Akon. After leaving the nightclub Bow Wow tweeted, “Face numb im whippin the lambo. Tispy as f*k. Just left @livmiami.”

Apparently Chris Brown was with Boweezy because a few minutes later he tweeted, “Im f**ked up!!! Ohhhh damn. Y i drive the lambo. Chris might have to drive after next spot.”

Now we all know the last thing Chris Brown wants is to get arrested for DUI. I mean, he did get arrested and charged for assaulting Rihanna back in back early 2009, as covered on www.HipHopRX.com, while allegedly intoxicated behind the wheel of his vehicle.

There was not enough evidence to arrest or charge Bow Wow for any wrong doing. He later apologized saying, “I apologize for that tweet. It was stupid and immature. Not a way i want to kick my #2010 year off. I got too much good stuff lined up. my bad.”

The tweets have since been deleted at press time!

    uuummmm where did you get that Chris was allegedly intoxicated back in Feb during his incident with Rihanna…that has never been reported so why ya’ll jus makin up random shyt to add juice to this lame a** non-story and just for the sake of argument how would CB get arrested for DUI when he clearly wasn’t the one driving??? SMH
