The cartoon characters look just like the cartoon roaches in the Raid ads and Brown is spraying them with bug spray. It doesn't look like he's making graffiti at all. When a person makes graffiti, he is pointing the can directly at a wall. That isn't "hating" on Brown. It is the honest truth. This album cover is just a bad concept.
