Rihanna In Trouble? Exposed For Controversial Virgin Tattoo Session

It seems that Pop, R&B music singer Rihanna has another career in mind — a tattooist?! Well, maybe not really, but she did however ink a few tattoos on a few tattooists at her favorite tattoo parlor, East Side Ink in New York. Though the tattooists of the parlor thought it was cute for Rihanna to honor them with a tattoo for her first time virgin tattoo experience, the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene didn’t think it was cute at all. As a matter of fact, the NYC DOHMH is reportedly investigating the incident and evidently debating whether or not to press charges against Rihanna for inking tattoos without a license.
If you’re wondering what Rihanna tattooed on the three lucky dudes for her first time experience: the first tattooist, BangBang drew up an umbrella with a swirly “R” under it which she inked him up with; the second tattooist received “R2″ and the yes the third tattooist received “R3.”
If Rihanna is charged, the singer could face fines up to $1,800: $300 for the first offense, $500 for the second offense and $1,000 for the third offense as well as other penalties for the misdemeanors.
