According to reports hip-hop rapper Eminem (Marshall Mathers), 34, has divorced from wife Kimberley Mathers, 31, for the second time. The couple re-wedded on January 14, 2006 and immediately filed for divorce three months later which has now been finalized.

Eminem made an out-of-court settlement with his ex-wife during a hearing at Detroit’s Macomb County Circuit Court on December 19, 2006.

Chief Judge Antonio P. Viviano said: “They conducted themselves with dignity and respect.”

The couple will be sharing custody of their daughter, Hailie Jade Scott, who will be eleven years-old on Christmas Day, December 25.

No information is known whether or not if Kim was granted the financial support and legal fees she’d been seeking from Eminem.

Sources have stated that the 45-year-old comedian/actor/singer Edward Regan “Eddie” Murphy has dumped 31 year-old pregnant Spice Girl “Scarey Spice” Melanie Brown aka Mel B. and has moved on to a new love after only six months. A Dutch TV show (RTL Boulevard) happened to interview Eddie Murphy which started this frenzy asking him if they were still dating and he told the interviewer “You’re being presumptuous, because we’re not together anymore. And I don’t know whose child that is, until it comes out and has a blood test. You shouldn’t jump to conclusions, sir.” His rep later came back denying such a thing. “Mr Murphy does not discuss his personal life publicly, so whatever is being reported is a fabrication and did not occur,” stated his rep. One day later after his rep denied him saying such a comment, AOL media sources dug up the actual footage.

Currently the word is that Eddie Murphy is dating model/film-producer Tracey “McQuarn” Edmonds (Soul Food, College Hill, Lil Kim: Countdown to Lockdown, Keyshia Cole: The Way It Is) ex-wife of producer/singer Kenneth “Babyface” Edmonds according to People magazine.

Recently the couple was spotted at the movie premier of “Dreamgirls” which Eddie Murphy is starring in along with American Idol contestant Jennifer Hudson, Jamie Foxx, Beyoncé Knowles, Danny Glover and others.

When asked if Tracey Edmonds was happy she smiled and said, “Yes, very happy. We’re having fun.”

Eddie Murphy was married to model Nicole Mitchell and has five children with her. In August 2005 Nicole Mitchell filed for divorce which was finalized April 17, 2006.

Backup dancer/rapper Kevin Federline had it coming even though he probably didn’t think about it until now. After leaving Shar Jackson a month before giving birth to their second child for Britney Spears and then trying to launch a music career where he got slammed by media and press, and now recently getting slammed by Britney with a divorce, Kevin Federline is running back to the family he left in the cold.

According to 30 year-old Shar Jackson she blames Britney Spears for keeping 28 year-old Kevin Federline away from his kids, but everyone know that Kevin had a little to do with it also. Shar Jackson claims that Britney Spears thought more about her son Sean Preston, and wouldn’t like the thought of Kevin spending time with his two kids he had with her.

Sources say that Shar Jackson stated, “He was in a relationship where he had to respect boundaries. And the other person probably felt that their family should be the focus of what goes on in their household. He couldn’t come over as much as he would like to. If he wasn’t working he would come over to see the kids two or three times a month.”

When Kevin Federline first left Shar Jackson she said, “it wasn’t like just breaking up a relationship. It was like breaking up a family.”

Since Britney Spears filed for divorce from Kevin Federline, November 7, 2006, Kevin is stated to be trying to make up for lost time with his children by Shar Jackson. Sources also report that he spent Thanksgiving Day with his ex-girlfriend “Shar Jackson” and their kids named Kori and Kaleb.

Shar Jackson is known for her role as Niecy Jackson in the TV show Moesha which starred singer/actress Brandy Norwood. Shar Jackson played Moesha’s bestfriend in the TV Show. She has also co-starred in the Nickelodeon movie, Good Burger, with Kel Mitchell and Kenan Thompson and appeared in other films, such as Love & Basketball. Currently Shar Jackson is working on an album under the label Long Live Crime Record in Los Angeles which is TBA.

Pop star Britney Spears, 24, has filed for divorce on Tuesday, citing irreconcilable differences with husband rapper/backup dancer Kevin Federline, 28, just two months after the birth of their second child.

The couple has been married for two years.

The Los Angeles County Superior Court filing cites “irreconcilable differences”, but the world knows the truth. Now the question is will Kevin Federline’s rap career take a dive since the two are splitting, which was already looking faint since the beginning.

Britney Spears is asking the court to grant her sole custody of their two sons, one-year-old Sean Preston, and James Jayden, born on September 12. Britney Spears also asked for Kevin Federline to be given visitation rights. The filing lists everything as separate property, and thereby off-limits to Kevin Federline, “miscellaneous jewelry and other personal affects,” earnings and other assets to be determined later.

It’s a good thing that Britney Spears did have the sense to have a prenuptial agreement. Britney Spears is waiving her right to spousal support. She’s also asking the judge to make each party pay its attorney fees.

Although Sean “P. Diddy” Combs says that fashion model Kim Porter is that woman he will marry, he’s steering very clear of it right now.

“I don’t want to make that pledge in front of God and not be able to see it all the way out. I didn’t grow up around a married family, so it’s taking me a bit longer.

“A lot of guys out there get married, and they still do their thing. I don’t want to get married and fail.”

As many may know, Sean “P. Diddy” Combs can’t find it in his heart to marry his long-time girlfriend Kim Porter who’s currently pregnant with his twin girls. The two already have a son together named Christian who’s eight years old son.

Sean “P. Diddy” Combs and Kim Porter’s relationship has been a roller coaster for the past 10 years. Kim Porter has stayed on the side lines while Sean “P. Diddy” Combs has went through his fling of women. Earlier reports state that Kim Porter was there for the year that he was with singer/actress Jennifer Lopez and stated she knew that he was going to come back to her and she wasn’t going anywhere.

While numerous Hollywood sources call Kim Porter pathetic for letting him cheat on her right and left for the past 10 years, is P. Diddy on to something with the growth in divorces or does he know that he can have his way as long as she let’s him?

Mya is back at it again with her diss on 50 cent. She states that 50 cent is claiming he slept with her which is not true. “If that’s how you choose to succeed, then karma’s a bitch. I don’t have time for that small bullshit”, states Mya.

Even though Mya is having her issues with 50 cent, she also just had a tough time with her parents’ divorce which happened right after the debut of her album. Mya says that it had an effect on her career greatly. The divorce forced her to fire her dad as her manager and hire new management. “My dad took it very personally. My family fell apart and it was very psychotic”, states Mya. Since then she has prepared her fourth album Liberation and has also hired her father back as her manager and her mother as her accountant. Since then she says her energy has been different.

“I feel like I have control and I’m a grown woman now”, Mya stated.
