At midnight tonight Viacom is expected to pull it’s most popular TV stations off air on Time Warner Cable Networks. As of today, December 31st, on the eve of a New Year, MTV.com issued out an alert to visitors to its website in the form of a pop-up window stating that Time Warner Cable and Bright House Networks will be pulling MTV channels down over a dispute between the cable companies and MTV (Viacom Inc.).

Ludacris stops by Chelsea Handler’s show Chelsea Lately which is aired on E!. Ludacris compliments Chelsea on her hot shoes as she compliments him on his pinky ring and that’s when things started to get a little kinky.

“I like your pinky ring, you got some nice jewelry. I like your jacket, I like you, I like black people,” states Chelsea Handler in her signature seductive comedic way.

“And you love you some rappers, that’s a good thing,” Ludacris responded.

“I do, I love when rappers come on the show, you guys are the best guests. You have the best personalities, you’re funny, all of you wanna have sex with me, I can tell,” Chelsea adds.

While on the late-night Jay Leno show, Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs stated that he has a foot thing going on. “I really fear a long second toe,” states Diddy.

During the show, actress Kate Beckinsale who was already seated as a guest on the show had her feet securely covered. Diddy told her, “I can’t see your…” and got squeamish when she lifted her foot up.

This Thanksgiving, Nike debuted its latest television commercial, Chalk, which features basketball star LeBron James. The commercial also features cameo appearances by basketball players Greg Oden, LaMarcus Aldridge, Brandon Roy, Daniel Gibson, Anderson Varejao, J.J. Hicks and platinum recording Lil Wayne.
