After L.A. coroners released findings on the death of rapper Pimp C “Chad Butler” of the legendary rap group U.G.K. which also consisted of his partner Bun B “Bernard Freeman”, Bun B expressed his concerns to the community during a news interview in Houston about the epidemic that is plaguing the community and the trend of sippin on syrup. According to several reports, plans are being aimed for this weekend to hold Pimp C’s (Chad Butler) funeral.

Hannah Funeral Home will be handling the services although the date and time hasn’t been announced just yet. Adam Saunders, the director of the Robert A. “Bob” Bowers Civic Center, told Port Arthur News that he has been in contact with the Butler family and is assisting in the planning of services which are expected to be held at the Civic Center either Saturday or Sunday. The legendary rapper Pimp C of Texas based rap group UGK was found dead in his hotel room at the Sunset Strip’s Mondrian Hotel in Los Angeles after Los Angeles County Fire Department responded to a 911 call according to several reports.

Who would have ever thought that Pimp C would take the initiative to apologize. We knew it would happen sooner or later. Well, the Texas rapper who is the second member of the group UGK, recently had an interview in the August 2007 issue of Ozone Magazine, in which he made a statement that “Atlanta Is Not The South” because its EST. So is it South Eastern?

Due to his statements, the results ended with the rapper apologizing for his actions in a recent public statement: “To all my Atlanta fans and friends, I want to say I apologize for my statement in the Ozone magazine about Atlanta not being the South. That was a bullsh– statement,” he wrote in a blog on his official Myspace page. “Atlanta is and has always been the dirty motherf—in’ South. Chuuch!”
