Madonna, Justin Timberlake and Timbaland are currently working together on her new album. Justin and Madonna have been working with rapper/producer Timbaland at a London based studio. Currently there is no release date for the album Madonna rep stated, but reports state that its due to be released sometime in November.

On Monday (July 16), Patrick Monfiston of P Entertainment Promotions filed a suit in an Alabama Circuit Court against Slip-N-Slide/Atlantic Records artist Plies and his management due to a no-show, breach of contract and slander.

Reports state that the rapper never showed up to perform as scheduled on July 8, and that the next day Plies did a radio interview on WZHT Hot-105 in which he stated that he never received payment to perform. The rapper also allegedly stated in his radio interview that Monfiston should give all money back to the people who attended the show. Patrick Monifiston denied all claims and even presented a copy of the wire transfer to the Montgomery Advertiser newspaper for $5,500 that he sent to Plies ISA Bomb Entertainment management team. He also produced a receipt for $1,500 that he claims was also deposited in a bank account for the rapper and his management.

According to reports Wendy Williams is reportedly rumoring that Tisha Campbell (Martin/My Wife and Kids) and her husband, actor Duane Martin (All of Us), have separated and are getting ready to possibly divorce. The two would have been married for 11 years come August 17th. They have a 6 year-old autistic son named Xen.

“The fact she would think I would steal from her, it hurts me because I thought she was a friend of mine,” Makeda Barnes-Joseph, 23, told the Daily News. After being friends since childhood, the young woman thought that the rapper would have shown some type of remorse after shooting her. According to the victim, Remy Ma didn’t say anything, she just shot her and dumped the bag.

“All I heard was the gun go off,” Barnes-Joseph told The New York Daily News. “I couldn’t believe she shot me. “What hurts me is that when she shot me she went over and dumped the bag. She didn’t even say, ‘Oh, my God, I just shot her.’ That’s what hurt me so much.”

Former Destiny’s Child singer, Kelly Rowland born Kelendria Trene Rowland, collapsed on stage during a show in Lagos, Nigeria on Sunday. The singer was taken to a local hospital in Africa where she was treated and released. Kelly Rowland reportedly collapsed due to dehydration.

The singer is currently on the road to promote her album, “Ms Kelly” and was in West African at the ThisDay Music Festival.

According to her rep Yvette Noel-Schure, Kelly is back on her feet and in good condition and added that she is on her way back to to the US to continue promotion for her sophomore album “Ms. Kelly”.

According to reports, rapper Jadakiss and two of his associates, Darnell Frazier and Kristian Smith will stand trial in Westchester County, NY on weapons possession charges resulting from an October 2006 incident in their hometown of Yonkers, NY. The officer who pulled them over claimed to have smelt marijuana and proceeded to search the car finding a gun.

The three were charged with third degree criminal possession of a weapon, which tests revealed was handled by several individuals prior to the officer finding the gun which has made it hard to determine who’s fingerprints were actually on it. Even though the test proved this, prosecutors have still moved forward with the case with no identifiable information.

Rapper Remy Ma was arrested on Saturday and booked on attempted murder, assault and weapon possession charges following a shooting outside a Manhattan club. Her bail has been set at $250,000. According to authorities the rapper plead not guilty to attempted murder, assault, weapon possession and other charges.

On Saturday afternoon the 5’9″, 160 lb rapper, turned herself in to the New York Police after being sought for questioning over a shooting that left victim Makeda Barnes-Joseph, 23, shot in the torso after an argument that took place near the Pizza Bar at 48 Ninth Ave following a mutual friend’s birthday party. The shooting reportedly took place after the Remy Ma allegedly accused her child-hood friend of taking $2,000 dollars from her purse.

Master P. (Percy Miller) joined host Doug Benson (VH1′s “Best Week Ever”) for a short screening and chat about his new film, “Black Supaman,” which will be available on DVD on Aug 7th. The 76 minute movie is about an ex-gangster named Bernard Smith who still lives at home with his father and turns into a superhero after buying a Supaman costume from a crackhead. The character tries to clean-up his neighborhood and rid it of crime, but has one small problem… he cannot stop smoking weed.

Famed Atlanta based producer and Island Urban president Jermaine Dupri, is set to release his book “Young, Rich and Dangerous: My Life in Music” this October which was co-authored by journalist Samantha Marshall. Samantha Marshall also assisted Warner Music VP Kevin Liles with his book titled “Make It Happen: The Hip-Hop Generation Guide to Success”.

Young, Rich and Dangerous: My Life in Music is scheduled to hit stores on October 16 and will be 304 pages and published through Simon & Schuster.
