Katt Williams is a wanted man and it’s not for his talented comedy! In fact. Williams is wanted for some arrest warrants that have been issued, so the comedian may be arrested.

Comedian, rapper and actor Katt Williams, 36, has been having a string of issues for more than a year now. If you don’t remember when everything began to get shaky for his career, it was when Williams spazzed out inside a hotel lobby in 2008 stating that someone was after him as he repeatedly kept looking at the door. The comedian even ducked and dodged but nothing was there. Most recently the comedian was accused of having a gun in a Walmart parking lot. Before that, it was burglary and criminal trespassing, but the comedian cleared that up saying that he was a guest at record producer Barry Hankerson’s while filming a movie and had been staying there for over a month. And now he’s wanted for allegedly punching a man dating back from November ‘09.

Thanks to a HipHopRX reader and Katt Williams fan, Lady Di, it seems that Katt Williams has cleared up the rumor about him getting slapped which reportedly happened while in Detroit at a club called Cutters. In an interview with Dr. Darrius of FM 98 WJLB, Katt Williams talks about who called it in and what actually happened on that night after being in the city for a New Years Eve Comedy Battle against comedian Steve Harvey.

Reportedly, comedian Katt Williams, 37, was slapped on Saturday night at a nightclub in Detroit where he was performing after picking out an audience member which happened to be a man in the audience who wore a cowboy hat and matching boots. According to reports, Katt Williams started joking about the man which made him angry enough to eventually walk up to the pint sized comedian and slapping him across the face.

The younger and more controversial Katt Williams, 37, has led the way in this comedy beef with an audio diss talking trash about the more seasoned, proclaimed King of Comedy, Steve Harvey, 52, who’ll be 53 in January.

Although the BET Awards wasn’t the best, it was overall good.

Katt Williams held it down while hosting the 2nd Annual BET Hip Hop Awards keeping the crowd happy and doing his random jokes. LL Cool J seemed to have licked his lips very few times for the occasion (wow). It seems that Common won awards, could it be because Kayne West produced his album this time? By the way how did T.I. and Common have a tie for an award. (T.I. wasn’t there because he was taken to jail on weapon charges.) MC Lyte kept it real for the women, while Hurricane Chris was all “A Bay Bay” and doing his “Hand Clap”. Weezy “Lil Wayne” I’m just gonna say is that he got some skills and did his thang. But one question, why didn’t anyone take that cup from him he toted on and off stage. He was surely blazed up. Kanye West won several awards and even admitted for one of them that he actually didn’t think he deserved it. Was he struck by lightning? (more…)
