The celebrity producer and rapper Kanye West has publicly denied assaulting a photographer in an incident outside of the Tup Tup nightspot in Newcastle, England which led to the rapper getting arrested for his second paparazzi-related incident.

In September, Kanye West was arrested at the LAX airport for allegedly breaking a photographer’s camera which he has not been charged for and now on Friday morning he was arrested again after a complaint was filed.

After Kanye’s latest album “808s & Heartbreak” was announced to release in stores in December during the same month as 50 Cent’s latest project “Before I Self Destruct,” the rapper has now changed it’s release date to possibly avoid another album battle over first week album sales.

The change of the release date of Kanye West’s album was revealed on September 24th on Kanye West’s official blog on his web site and was pushed up to November.

Donda West, the mother and manager of Kanye West death is still yet a mistery. According to the Los Angeles County coroner her sudden death which occurred on November 10, 2007 came to an inconclusive conclusion on Thursday.

Donda West, 58, is believed to may have died of “coronary artery disease and multiple post-operative factors due to or as a consequence of liposuction and mammoplasty”. Dr. Louis A. Pena, believed a combination of heart disease and post-surgery problems led to Donda West’s death, but the exact cause was not determined. (more…)

In December of ‘06 Evel Knievel sued Kanye West for using the likes of him in his video “Touch The Sky” in which Kanye West wore a belt buckle with KW and clothing resembling him, as well as using a name similar “Evel Kanyevel”. Evil Knievel claimed that Kanye West’s “vulgar and offensive” images depicted in the video would damage his reputation and so he accused him of promoting his filth to the world. (more…)

Seems that Kayne’s mother, Dr. Donda West, hairdresser have given a voicemail to media which she left a day before her tragic death. In the voicemail, Dr. West tells the hairdresser she wants some cornrows, and that she’s having procedures done tomorrow, “from my neck to my knees”. Chilling….
