Rapper and businessman Jay-Z has announced the tour dates for his Blueprint 3 Tour North American dates which will be promoted by Live Nation. The Blueprint 3 Tour will kick off on February 22nd in Houston, Texas at the Toyota Center and has a tentative end date of March 24th for San Jose, California at the HP Pavilion.

Jay-Z and Alicia Keys performance date for the World Series is still on, but has been pushed up one day. This follows after rumors sparked that Alicia Keys and Jay-Z would not be performing for the Game 1 World Series after it was stated that President Barack Obama’s wife, first lady Michelle Obama, would be appearing for the first game.

Rapper Jay-Z and singer Alicia Keys are set to take on the Yankee Stadium come October 28. The two will be performing their collaboration track “Empire State of Mind” before the Game 1 World Series. “Empire State of Mind” is the same track they performed during the VMA’s which resulted in them being invaded by female rapper Lil Mama.

Rapper Jay-Z has reportedly dominated the charts for the 11th time with his album, “The Blueprint 3″ based off preliminary sales numbers from Nielsen SoundScan. The album has pushed Jay-Z ahead of Rock-N-Roll legend Elvis Presley with an estimated 476,000 copies for his album sold since being released on Friday.
