Rapper DMX Wilds Out, Assaults Guard, Could Serve 8 More Years In Prison

Rapper DMX who pled guilty to multiple charges on last December and was sentenced to serve a 90 day sentence, is yet again in trouble with the law, but this time it’s while he’s in prison. This is the second time this month the rapper has gotten himself in trouble. DMX reportedly assaulted a Sheriff’s detention officer which was somewhat predicted by the rapper. Earlier this month DMX was placed in lock-down and was given only bread and water after allegedly threatening to assault detention officers.

Rapper DMX Videotaped in Prison Chains Wearing Pink Underwear

Video footage of rapper DMX in court pleading guilty on Tuesday (Dec. 30) has been published on the internet with the rapper in chains and wearing pink shoes in a prison uniform with pink underwear.
Back in July, the rapper reportedly may have been ordered to wear pink underwear under his prison uniform and listen to bedtime stories as a punishment all apart of a new program enforced in Arizona, according to MemphisRap.com.

Rapper DMX Pleads Guilty To Drugs, Animal Cruelty; Faces Prison Sentence

Tuesday morning (Dec. 30), rapper DMX, born Earl Simmons, 38, who has been in the media on multiple occasions for multiple run-ins with the law and several missed court dates, pled guilty to his multiple various charges which date back to April of this year. The charges include multiple drug possession charges, theft and animal cruelty charges.

UPDATE: Rapper DMX Apprehended By FBI In Florida

In an update to today’s earlier report, rapper DMX has been apprehended and arrested by the FBI in Florida today.
The rapper, who, as previously reported, was wanted by the law for skipping court and had a $5,000 bounty reward on his head, was apprehended this afternoon by the FBI on an island off Miami Beach, according to TMZ.

In shocking news, the Maricopa County Sheriff’s office is reportedly offering a $5,000 reward for the whereabouts of rapper DMX or any information that will aid in the rapper’s arrest.
As recently reported, an arrest warrant for the hip-hop icon was issued after DMX born Earl Simmons, 37, turning 38 December 18th, skipped a mandatory court appearance in Arizona on drug and animal-cruelty charges. Judge Michael Kemp also raised the rapper’s bond to $120,000 cash which must now be paid in full instead of the common 10 percent bond since the rapper didn’t show up for court, according to a Maricopa County Superior Court spokesperson.
