Ciara has announced that her long awaited album, Fantasy Ride, which was supposed to be released December 9 then January 09, will officially be pushed back until later next year 2009, around late spring is expected. “Right now, we are anticipating it for spring 2009,” a Zomba Records spokesperson said in a statement.

In a behind the scenes video look at the making of her album artwork with comics artist Bernard Chang, Ciara herself states that the making of her artwork has been ongoing for months and it’s one of the reasons Fantasy Ride was delayed.

Rumor has it that singer Ciara is on her way to becoming a model for Victoria Secret in ‘09 after signing up with Wilhelmina modeling agency. Reportedly Wilhelmina’s president Sean Patterson says, “She is the complete package. She is model made, with perfect size, perfect height [Ciara is 5 feet, 8 inches tall], a beautiful body and face. Take the music and dancing away, and she’s still gorgeous. It’s a dream pairing for us as an agency” he stated in an article in Billboard magazine which Ciara graces the cover on.

A new single for Ciara’s upcoming third album “Fantasy Ride” titled “Explode” has hit the net. The singer’s album “Fantasy Ride” is stated to have been pushed back by a label representative and they’re currently looking at releasing it in Spring of ‘09 and haven’t put a date on it as of yet due to looking for that right single.

In an audio tape of a radio interview on Kiss, Vibe Editor In Chief Danyel Smith goes into detail about what she knows and how she feels about the Ciara nude photoshoot with Vibe Magazine. Smith discloses information that answers some of the questions that rumors circulating have brought up regarding Ciara and Robin Thicke.

Allegedly, Ciara aka “CiCi” is accusing Vibe magazine of airbrushing their latest magazine cover to make her (Ciara) appear nude and the singer is looking to take the magazine to court. In a video, CiCi stated that the concept for the shoot was “suggestive” nudity and she was in an experimental stage during the shoot.
