Chris Brown 19, who’s been the center of attention since Sunday, February 8, 2009 and who has also been out of sight due to the unfortunate assault incident with longtime girlfriend R&B/Pop superstar Rihanna, has been stated to be in a remorseful state.

According to Chris Brown’s biological father, Clinton Brown, 44, who is a corrections officer, the singer is feeling very remorseful.

Everything has been somewhat hush hush as the LAPD tries to develop its case against teen R&B singer Chris Brown for allegedly assaulting Rihanna on Sunday. Although things are still a little sketchy, things are coming together slowly as all parties attempt to cooperate with authorities and their questioning.

Now three days into the controversial story of R&B/Pop superstars Rihanna and Chris Brown, there is still no concrete reason or confirmation as to why the celebrity couple were involved in a physical altercation which lead to Rihanna being treated at a hospital for alleged scrapes, bruises and bite marks and Chris Brown being arrested on domestic assault charges.

Rapper T.I. spoke Monday night on Last Call with Carson Daily about speaking with Chris Brown after the alleged assault he was charged with against girlfriend, singer Rihanna.

“I spoke to him today,” he said. “He’s cool, you know. He’s a little concerned about the situation, but he’s still the same Chris. I told him, ‘This too shall pass.’”

Chris Brown comes in after Olympic gold-winner swimmer Michael Phelps in getting hammered and possibly losing an endorsement deal due to some type of legality issue surrounding them. Early on last week, an old photo of swimmer Michael Phelps made its round online after it was published in a British newspaper for him smoking pot at a college party in the photo. R&B singer Chris Brown’s loss comes due to Sunday’s felony charges for making criminal threats towards singer Rihanna, according to rumors allegedly in self-defense after she [Rihanna] allegedly initiated the altercation first due to a phone call he received.
