50 Cent has reportedly filed a $1 million lawsuit against a New York internet advertising company “Traffix, Inc.” for using his image without permission after his management company learned about the ad via a page on MySpace. The banner featured the rapper on a flash animation walking back and forth with a photographer which prompted the viewer to “shoot the rapper and win $5,000 or 5 ringtones”. Although the game didn’t use 50 Cent’s name, the character resembled him greatly.

Rappers Kanye West and 50 Cent both have the same release date for their third solo albums in which they are dueling about. Both albums dates where pushed up and happened to have landed on the same date 9-11 (September 11th).

Graduation was slated for release on August 21 in which a Def Jam representative stated that the album would hit shelves on September 11.

50 Cent’s album, Curtis, was first due to hit stores last month but was pushed back to September 4 and then later changed to September 11.

“I’m not moving. I’m coming September 11th. If Kanye comes that day, then he comes that day. That’d be great if he actually stays in that date. I think his people are smart. I think he’s smart, too. And I think they’ll move. But I’m coming September 11th. I’m not going to move… Jay’s not gonna let that happen anyway. He’s not gonna leave him there,” stated 50 Cent on a Hot 97 interview with Funkmaster Flex.

Once again, 50 Cent’s album “Curtis” has been delayed. The release date for Curtis has been pushed back one week: from September 4 to September 11, the rapper’s label, Interscope Records, announced on Friday.

In other news, 50 Cent’s new music video, “I Get Money,” debuted Friday on radio station Hot 97′s web site which is based in New York. The video features 50 Cent, his son, G-Unit members Lloyd Banks, Tony Yayo and Mobb Deep, among others.

It sounds to good to be true, doesn’t it? Well, TMZ is reporting that that last week, the two enjoyed a romantic dinner with 50 Cent’s burly security and entourage. 50 Cent and Ciara along with ten others dined at an upscale Westside haunt called the Brentwood Restaurant and Lounge in which a crew of cars drove up to, including 50 Cent in a Lamborghini. The two was reportedly canoodled in a booth, while the entourage was on guard at a large table across from the two. TMZ states that 50′s crew single-handedly turned Brentwood into Brenthood!

Rapper/actor LL Cool J (James Todd Smith, III) is wrapping up to release his 13th album entitled “Exit 13″ under Russell Simmons’ Def Jam. The album reportedly will be produced by rapper 50 Cent.

As for his relationship with Russell Simmons the rapper stated, “We have a great, incredible relationship. You only get a few chances for a certain amount of friends.”

According to reports, 50 Cent “Curtis Jackson” has expanded his G-Unit books brand by signing on author Meta Smith who was released by Warner Books this year. Meta Smith is known as a Chicago DJ and for her novels such as The Rolexxx Club (2006) and Queen of Miami (2007).

What is the world coming to? 50 Cent’s baby momma and ex-girlfriend Shaniqua Tompkins keeps demanding more money for their son, Marquise Diamond Jackson who’s 10 years-old. The boy is 10, right? After watching all these specials on E! it makes you wonder why some type of mandatory law isn’t set forth where the parent receiving the child support should put some of the money in some type of fund until the child is a certain age. Why? Because what usually happens is that when they child gets 18 the money is what…. gone.
