Things are looking good for Eminem and his starring role in his new upcoming movie “Southpaw”
We recently received word that MGM has set forth the strongest bid for Southpaw, a boxing film starring Eminem and directed by Antoine Fuqua (Training Day).
DreamWorks had initially dropped the project in August, leaving alone what would’ve been Eminem’s first starring role since 2002′s hit movie 8 Mile.
Once again Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson proves why he is one hip hop’s true businessman.
50 Cent has announced that he will star in the action film The Pursuit, produced through a partnership between Emmett/Furla Films and Cheetah Vision Films.

Suge Knight once dominated the music industry with his record label Death Row. He featured an all-star cast of music artists including Dr. Dre, Tupac and Snoop Dogg.
He is also remembered as the one person to be with Tupac Shakur in the same vehicle the night he was gunned down in a drive-by at Las Vegas on Sept. 13,1996.
Eazy-E’s Son Aiming for Role as His Dad In N.W.A. Movie
Hollywood is making a new movie about the legendary rap group N.W.A. and Eazy-E’s son wants in!
In a recent interview he said “I’m the perfect man for the role.”
Lil’ Eazy-E says’ he’s “very excited” that New Line Cinema is moving forward with the movie, that is set to be produced by Eazy’s former N.W.A member Ice Cube.
Jay Announces concert series to welcome in the Brooklyn Nets
Hov released a statement saying he will celebrate his team with a string of performances in Brooklyn, New York.
Jay-Z announced the teams new name change to Brooklyn Nets. Not only is Jay part owner of the basketball team, but he also plans to welcome the team with a concert series.
Lindsay Lohan is no Lois Lane, but she’s certainly now villain material for the upcoming ‘Superman’ movie which many would agree will fit her after the jewelry incident.

Looks like both Reese Witherspoon and Twilight actor Robert Pattinson had a good time making their new movie for the New York Times Best Seller “Water for Elephants.” Reese Witherspoon stars in “Water for Elephants” as circus performer Marlena Rosenbluth while Robert Pattinson stars as her love interest, a veterinary student who joins the traveling circus as its’ vet, Jacob Jankowski.
In the movie, the two find love after Marlena Rosenbluth’s act is almost jeopardized due to her horse dying. Her cruel animal trainer August Rosenbluth buys her an elephant which leads her to find love with Jacob Jankowski.
According to Robert Pattinson, while filming, Reese Witherspoon got a nice breeze [fart] for at least 45 seconds from an elephant who went back on its hind legs and let it out all in her face. Robert Pattinson says Reese Witherspoon stood there and took it like a champ. Let’s just call that ‘job dedication.’

Former Saturday Night Live comedienne and actress Maya Rudolph is expecting her third child with partner Paul Thomas Anderson. The celebrity star was spotted showing off her baby bump Sunday at the Milk and Bookies event.
Maya Rudolph, also most known as the daughter of legendary singer Minnie Riperton who died of breast cancer at 31, has two daughters — Pearl Minnie, 5, (born October 2005) and Lucille, 1, (born November 6, 2009) with Oscar nominated film director, screenwriter, and producer Paul Thomas Anderson.

Eva Green is no stranger to ambiguous roles. Eight years ago, the actress turned many heads with her debut in ‘The Dreamers’ followed by a key role in ‘Kingdom of Heaven’, and the Casino Royale where she was cast as a bond girl in James Bond reboot.
In her debut in The Dreamers (2003), Eva Green performed in numerous nude scenes which sparked amounts of controversy before her greater fame roles in the movies following.
Now, Eva Green stars in the movie ‘Cracks’ where she plays Miss G., the glamorous teacher at a girls boarding school in 1937, who assembled the girls into a diving team.
