Man Arrested for Wearing Saggy Pants in Riviera Beach, Florida

In this video, a Riviera Beach, Florida mom is upset over her son being arrested for wearing saggy pants. Supposedly, the law there in Riviera Beach states that anyone wearing baggy pants low enough where it exposes the skin or under garments, can be arrested.

The mom in the video claims that her son was not in violation of the law and was being harassed because he, according to her, was even wearing a belt. She also claims she has a video herself proving her son’s innocence.

As far as the police in Riviera Beach goes, they say “it is a law here, and we’re going to be enforcing it,” stated a police spokesperson.

Do you remember that dirt Dallas Austin spit out on video a few months ago about Joss Stone and Christina Aguilera? Yeah, the video in which he said they slept around for tracks and stuff like that. Guess he didn’t think that video would get around on the net. After a few days of circulating, all the videos went down. Hmmm…. Well now, Joss Stone “Joscelyn Eve Stoker” is back with words for him …

“He needs prayer. I don’t know him. I seriously don’t even know what he looks like. Maybe I’ll go see him when I go to Atlanta. We’ll have a cup of tea. Bless him. Seriously. People like that need prayer. Bless his poor little soul,” says Joss.

Recently Ludacris told Playboy Magazine that he’s packing in his pants and we don’t mean a pistol. The rapper says he’s not bragging and the ladies haven’t complained yet. Hopefully the rapper isn’t boasting or could it be that singer Ray J has sparked on a little jealously since everyone has been talking about Ray J’s manhood lately because of his sex tape escapade with Kim Kardashian.

Ludacris stated in his interview with Playboy, “If you’re proud of yourself, you’ve broken out a ruler and measured yourself.”

P. Diddy Says He Can’t Do Crunk

In a statement to Billboard, P. Diddy tells them that he can’t do crunk. “I can’t do a crunk record, and I’m not shooting anybody so I can’t do that kind of music. This is a vulnerable album meant to make you feel good,” Diddy says referring to his latest album “Press Play.”

In regards to Diddy’s Press Play, Diddy and Snoop Dogg will be joining together for a three week European tour in Nottingham, England coming next spring from March 12, 2007 until April 2, 2007 to support the album, which was his first album in five years under his name.

The album gracefully debuted at No. 1 on The Billboard 200 in October selling a little over 400,000 copies in the US. Snoop Dogg will be touring to support “The Blue Carpet Treatment” album which crept in at No. 5 on The Billboard Charts and sold over 250,000 copies it’s first week alone. Snoop Dogg is stated to be bringing his band to help compliment him on stage called the Snoopadelics.
