Viacom made claims that Google Inc violated copyrights by having clips from their shows on the popular video website. Viacom stated that YouTube added material which belonged to the network’s television channels such as MTV and Comedy Central and it was liable for infringement, however the judge disagreed to their claims.

It seems like rapper Twista might have gotten an unusual surge in video views on YouTube that might have worked to the rapper’s advantage. Acccording to reports, a video featuring the rapper and rhyme collective ‘Do or Die’ got close to 80 billion views due to a YouTube glitch or some sort of hack.

Just when you thought you’ve heard enough about Xbox LIVE or the gaming console Xbox 360, Microsoft released days ago a new Dashboard section on it’s Xbox Live Music ‘Music Games Stores’ for the video games Rock Band, Guitar Hero, and LIPS. The new music game store section which was unveiled now allows for gamers to smoothly browse music selections without the need to load up each game for their individual in-game stores.

Warner Music Group (WMG) has joined with online video service Hulu and the two will be providing music videos and concert footage to online viewers. Hulu, who’s known for offering streaming video of TV shows, movies and video clips which can be watched online, made the agreement public on last week along with Warner.
