T.I. Check Diddy!

The BET Hip hop Awards went off without an incident; Young Jeezy brought out T.I. who made his first on stage appearance since his release from the halfway house and LL Cool J received the IAMHIPHOP award.

However, the same cannot be said about the after party that was hosted by Diddy and T.I. at Atlanta’s club Compound

In the rap and hip hop industry many careers are short lived, however LL Cool J has been an iconic name that has been able to weather the storm and still remain active in the hip hop and music industry scene.

LL Cool J began his career as a flagship artist on Def Jam Record, in 1984.  His words for the women in most of his songs was what allowed him to gather a vast amount of faithful followers who helped catapult him to the top of the music industry.

The 2011 Billboard Music Awards started out with hot patent leather, diamond cuffs with diamond mini-chains and sexy thigh high boots featuring non-other than pop music stars Rihanna and Britney Spears.

Pop star Rihanna started off the awards with her S&M bondage song in which she sung about loving the smell of sex wearing a white leather dominatrix outfit at the 2011 Billboard Music Awards held in Las Vegas Sunday at the MGM Grand Garden Arena.

Lil Wayne and Mary J. Blige are the latest acts to be added to perform at the Billboard Music Awards which is set to return on Sunday. The Cash Money hip hop artist Lil Wayne will be joining the Queen of Hip Hop Soul Mary J. Blige for the music single “Someone To Love Me (Naked).” The song “Someone To Love Me (Naked)” is a remixed version from off Diddy-Dirty Money’s “Last Train to Paris” which will be appearing on Mary J. Blige’s tenth studio album “My Life II, The Journey Continues” scheduled to release September 3, 2011.

In addition to Mary J. Blige and Lil Wayne, other performers expected to perform at the Billboard Music Awards include Rihanna, Black Eyed Peas, Nicki Minaj, Pitbull, Ne-Yo, Cee-Lo Green, Jennifer Lopez, Far East Movement, Snoop Dogg and other.

Hip hop artist Eminem and Rihanna leads the Billboard Music Awards which has been on hiatus for (5) years. Eminem is a finalist in 18 categories then Rihanna with 19 of the 46 categories which include collaborations, followed by Lady Gaga with 15.

On Sunday, Lady Gaga arrived at the Grammy’s in one thrilling and bizarre red carpet appearances and this one is quite unique.

The multi-talented singer and songwriter, Lady Gaga, 24, arrived inside what appeared to be a semi-see-through marbleized colored goose shaped egg on the red carpet which was being carried by model-like sedan bearers on a platform resembling a lectica/litter vehicle.

On last night, the 2011 Grammy Nominations Concert took place and aired live on CBS from Club Nokia in Los Angeles. During the concert, nominees for the 53rd Annual Grammy Awards were revealed and Eminem topped the list with Grammy nods.
