Usher’s stalker now has to stay away from her prey as the court has issued a 12 month restraining order against her.
Last month, the R&B star requested a restraining order to keep Darshelle Jones-Rakestraw away from him. She was arrested outside his Georgia home and had previously been warned to keep away from it by police. But she never listened as she came back to his estates several times.
Darshelle claimed to be Usher’s wife and was taken away for a medical evaluation.
And now the judge has finally been able to give Usher some relief as he granted the restraingin order.
The judge issued the restraining order, barring her from going anywhere close to Usher and his kids for a year.
Usher had apparently been concerned for the safety of his two young children with his ex-wife Tameka Raymond.
Over the weekend, Tameka’s 11-year-old son Kyle Glover was rushed to hospital after a Jet Ski accident. It has been widely reported he was declared brain dead yesterday and stars have rushed to show Usher and his former spouse their support.
