Drake’s “Take Care” Album Debuts At Number One Spot

Drake has done it once again; his sophomore album has hit number one on the charts.

After releasing his sophomore album Take Care last week, Drake has hit the number one spot just as expected.

Originally predicted to sell between 675,000 to 725,000 copies, Drake’s album sold 659,190 units in its first week.

The album bumps Mac Miller’s Blue Slide Park from the position, with Mac’s debut slipping down to No. 24 with an additional 24,786 copies sold.

Interesting enough Drake’s debut, Thank Me Later, also debuted at the top of the Billboard 200 with 447,000 units sold.

Which tells us that Drakes will sell albums as an artist time and time again.
