Jay-Z singed Jahlil Beats to his label, Roc Nation
The twenty three year old producer wasted no time in announcing his first major management deal. Jahlil Beats broke the big news last (Oct. 16) night through his twitter account.
“I signed with Jay-Z and ROCNATION, “Jahlil tweeted, along with a photo of himself standing with Jay-Z and Roc Nation exec Ty-Ty. “I wanna thank malik, jay, ty ty & emory for giving me this opportunity.”
Jahlil is perhaps best known for producing Meek Mill’s hit single “Rose Red”, in addition he has also worked with Chris Brown, Jae Millz, Diggy Simmons and Young Money.
Jahlil Beats will now join deejays Mick Boogie and D-Nice, as well as J. Cole and others in the Roc Nation family. He should prove to be a great fit and asset for Roc Nation.
