Hip Hop Icon “Nate Dogg” Cause of Death Confirmed: Stroke Complications
Notorious G-Funk rapper Nate Dogg passed away last night (March 15) at the age of 41 years old in Long Beach California as covered on HipHopRX.com.
Rod Mcgrew, Nate’s manager and close friend tells TMZ that the family believes the rapper’s death was caused by complications from strokes he has suffered over the past few years.
He also says that Nate was 95% recovered from the first stroke in 2007 when he had the second one in 2008, leaving him partially paralyzed and causing partial memory loss.
He issues the following statement on behalf of the family, “We appreciate the enormous outpouring of response from all over the world. We greatly appreciate that and thank everyone for their prayers and support.”
Nate Dogg is most known for his collaboration with Warren G. with the single ‘Regulate’.
Nate has also worked with best friend, Snoop Dogg, Ludacris, Eminem and Tupac.
Nate Dogg will be greatly missed by all of his friends and fans.
